From your account on mywebhostingaccount.com, you can login to your cPanel by following these steps:
- Login to your account at mywebhostingaccount.com
- In the top menu click "My Services - My Services"
- Click on the service row (clicking on the domain name will just take you to that domain's website). The service will be defined by the cPanel "Primary Domain". The Addon domains are still in the cPanel the same way though.
- Under the "Actions" heading you will be able to login to cPanel (it will automatically log you in to cPanel this way, without needing to put in the separate cPanel username and password).
Note: You can also login to cPanel directly using the cPanel username and password, by going to cpanel.yourdomain.com (replace "yourdomain.com" with your actual domain name). To login to cPanel directly this way, your website needs to be pointed to the web hosting using option 1 or option 2 from the HelpDesk article "Point Domain(s) to New Web Hosting". To find your cPanel username, login to cPanel from mywebhostingaccount.com using the steps above, and in cPanel the username will show under "General Information - Current User" (top right of page on desktop, bottom of page on mobile). To reset / change the cPanel password, see the Knowledgebase article "Change cPanel Password".
